Many of the rooms at the Cardigan Centre are available for hourly room rental. We already have a fantastic mix of regular hirers and tenants based at the centre. If you are interested in using our facilities for yourself or a group/organisation we would love to hear from you.
We offer a range of rooms for hire of varying sizes, suitable for many different activities and events. They can be set out in a variety of styles to suit your needs; if you require a specific room configuration get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.
Our Main Hall offers an incredibly versatile space and can be used for large conferences, religious and faith ceremonies and gatherings, parties and social occasions, and activities such as martial arts or keep fit classes.
The Meeting Room is situated on the ground floor of Cardigan Centre One, next to the main entrance and is ideal for medium-sized meetings or small conferences.
The Training Suite is situated on the first floor of Cardigan Centre One and is ideal for small meetings, training sessions or intimate events.
You are always welcome to have a look at the rooms before you commit yourself to a booking, but we would recommend that you contact us beforehand so that we can make sure that the room(s) will be available to view when you visit.
The building entrance is fully accessible from Cardigan Road, and all first floor rooms are accessible by lift with a disabled-access toilet on the ground floor. On-site parking is available at the centre, and we are also easily accessible by public transport.
Flexible and Well-Equipped
Flexible furniture throughout the building makes it possible to arrange each room to suit your needs. Additional equipment such as hearing loop, projectors and flipchart stands are available on request and we can also provide refreshments for a reasonable additional charge.
Please be aware that weekend booking in smaller rooms are subject to a £2/hr charge to cover staffing out of hours. Additionally, weekend bookings need to be made two weeks in advance of required date.
