EVER FIT – Exercise group for people aged 55+
The weekly club will runs every Tuesday 2-3.30pm.
Come along, meet new people, learn new ways to exercise and socialise.
The weekly drop ins are facilitated by a qualified and experienced fitness tutor who can offer a range of exercise activities to meet needs of the group members, the exercise activities offered may include; Pilates, different forms of dance and general fitness training.
Please bring clothing you feel comfortable to exercise in.
All levels of fitness welcome.
